Crèmelixir Return Policy
At Crèmelixir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under certain conditions.
Return Deadline
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, that is, unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as receipt or order number.
Return Procedure
1. Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at: cs@crèmlixir.com.
Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.
2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return label if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, incorrect item, etc.).

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process your return.
• If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your-email@cremelixir.com].
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
• Personalized products (such as custom or made-to-order items)
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. We promise to resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the originally purchased item and place a new order for the desired item.
